Mr L. Tremain reads your newsletter and clicks on the ‘Conference Registration’ link to register and pay. Mr Tremain decides he is going to become an EmoTrance Trainer and attend all four days training.

The price would be £247.00 + £247.00 + £497.00 = £991.00 but because he is registering in December he gets a 40% discount on the total which bring the price he pays down to: £594.60 - a massive saving of £396.40.

After VAT tax (15% in December 2009), Mr Tremain has paid £517.04. You as the affiliate would earn 20% of this which comes to: £103.41.

Mr Tremain has an excellent time, learns new techniques and meets new people!

You can help if you will:

• Mention us in a newsletter or mailing list
• Put a link to the conference on your website
• Mention the conference on an Internet forum
• Bring friends and family, colleagues and clients

As well as the conference, we are keen for you to help promote the EmoTrance Practitioner and EmoTrance Trainers Day which offers fantastic value for money for anyone signing up early.

To ensure that affiliates do not compete with head-office we have set the following ‘Early Bookers Discounts’ which apply to either the EmoTrance Practitioner, EmoTrance Conference and EmoTrance Trainers Day:

November 2009: 50%
December 2009: 40%
January 2010: 30%
February 2010: 20%
March 2010: 10%

A practitioner or trainer retaking the Practitioner or Trainers day will receive an 80% discount instead of those listed above. The registration form automatically calculates the best possible price for each customer.

Special Offer: For every five people you bring to the conference, you can have a free ticket for yourself or to pass on to others providing they will be licensed practitioners at the start of the conference.

If you do not want to keep the affiliate fee for yourself, you may always nominate a charity for us to donate to.

How To Register & Link To The Conference

Our affiliate scheme is run by DragonRising Publishing who are organising the EmoTrance conference. If you are not already registered then you need to complete this simple online form:

We will review your application and if successful you will receive your affiliate code by email.

To link to the conference registration page from a website, forum or email then you will need to include your affiliate code in the link. For example:

If the customers browser allows it, your affiliate code will be stored for upto 10 days. This means if the customer does not complete registration straight away then you will still receive the commission.

Information, Terms & Conditions

• The affiliate fee will be paid on tickets to the Fast Track Practitioner training day, The EmoTrance 2010 Conference and the Trainers Training. The affiliate fee is not applicable to hotel rooms, membership renewals or any other expenses.
• The affiliate fee is paid for bringing people to the conference. You are not allowed to get a discount on just your own ticket.
• For every five people that register through you for the conference, you can have a free ticket for yourself or to pass on to someone else as long as they adhere to the conference terms and conditions (http://emotrance.com/conference/terms_and_conditions.htm). These free places are not automatic, once you know five people have registered contact us for more information.
• The affiliate fee is calculated on the NET (excluding tax, including discounts) selling price of the ticket. As an example, if the ticket is £250.00 but is discounted to £200.00 for booking early then the NET value of the ticket after 15% tax is taken away is £173.91. The affiliate fee will therefore be £34.78.
• The tax is calculated at the point of sale. When VAT changes on the 1^st January 2009 (17.5%) the affiliate fee adjusts accordingly.
• When you link to our site using your affiliate code, this information will be stored in the users browser via a ‘cookie’ for 10 days, if the web browser allows it. This allows people to not register straight away, but still give you the opportunity of claiming the affiliate fee.
• Because we only store one affiliate code, if the customer clicks on your link, but then clicks on another affiliate’s link before registering, then the other affiliate will receive the commission.
• We calculate our finances in £GBP. If you are in the UK then we prefer to pay via bank-transfer, otherwise we use PayPal.
• We have a minimum monthly payout of £50.00. If you have earned less during this period then the money will be rolled over to next month.
• The affiliate scheme is run via DragonRising Publishing who are the conference organisers.
