Most air travel into the UK is currently grounded, so we understand that many of our delegates from around the world may not be able to make the 2010 EmoTrance Conference. If you cannot attend this years Conference because you cannot fly, please read on.

We have a new deferment policy due to disruption caused by volcanic ash:

** Hotel Rooms

You will receive a full refund on hotel rooms booked through us. You need to advise us that you will not be attending by 17:00 GMT on Wednesday 21st April in order to receive your refund.

** Practitioner Day

You will receive free enrolment on the EmoTrance Distance Learning course, as well as deferment to next year on your ticket.

** 2010 2-day Conference

You will receive a deferred place on the 2011 EmoTrance Energy Conference which is set to take place in April 2011. You will also receive an eBook version of the Conference Manual and a recording of the highlights of the Conference.

** Trainers Day

Deferred place to next years Trainers Training day at the 2011 EmoTrance Conference.

Please contact us to let us know if you are unable to attend due to the flights being grounded. If we do not hear from you and you do not attend the Conference we will assume it is for a seperate reason and you will not receive your deferred place.
