Hello!  I am a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist and HypnoBirthing® Practitioner (the Mongan Method) based in Eltham, SE9.  I am also qualified as a Tama-Do® Practitioner and Sound Therapist (BAST), this includes therapeutic voicework, excellent for deep emotional release.

All hypnotherapy sessions are tailored to each client's needs.  Sessions are a combination of hypnotherapy and energy therapy techniques such as EFT, EmoTrance, Eye Movement Therapies.

I help people with a wide range of problems, whether on a psychological, emotional or physical level.  My approach is to alleviate discomfort in the first instance, however regression is often used to go to the root cause.  This is totally safe.

I am fully insured and registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register.
