** News: ReThink Charity Shows Carers How EMO Can Help Them Cope With Emotions by Kim Bradley

Kim Bradley reports on a training which took place on the 16th November 2009. The trainings purpose was to teach 10 carers and 2 members of staff of the charity ReThink to be able to handle their emotions better.

Kim writes: “Louise and I designed the 3 hour training programme earlier this year because helping carers to cope with their emotions was a subject that was very close to our heart. Louise had witnessed first-hand what her mother had gone through when caring for Louise’s Grandmother and I am currently in a caring role for my father for the last 5 years.”
