It's conference time again - and many of our friends can't make it to the Europa to take part in the wonderful experience that is the EmoTrance conference. Other energy conferences try to be very scientific - with EmoTrance, we just want to have fun and a good time, playing with the many ways in which you can feel like a million dollars when your energy system wakes up and comes to life.

At the EmoTrance conference, I led a short workshop on overcoming blocks, fears, anxiety and reversals relating to computers - using computers, the terror of "programming" itself, the fear of doing something wrong with computers, being confused and intimidated by computers, or just a resistance and dislike of computers, which plays out in computers behaving badly in return - of course!
There were many interesting insights into the nature of how we get ourselves quite literally tied into knots in dealing what is essentially quite a simple piece of every day machinery, one that is even supposed to be designed to be very userfriendly.
Here are three case examples plus some simple EmoTrance exercises you can do to improve the flow of love and understanding between you and your computer, for the good of all!

In this easy color therapy with EmoTrance exercise, you can have a go at letting the energy of a color go in, through and out your systems to get an Even Flow with the colors, and experience an energized end state with each one.
The energy of colors is a great introduction to the principles of energy nutrition, and also a very good way to practice basic EmoTrance energy techniques, such as feeling energy forms in your body, paying attention to the channels these different energy forms travel on their way in, through, and out of your body; the corresponding emotions of energy forms; detecting and working with energy shields; self healing energy disturbances and much more besides.

Many people feel unloved, uncared for, lonely even though there are many who are wishing them well and in fact are trying to send them energies of support and healing. So it’s the credit crunch, what does that mean to you? We’re surrounded by media messages of lack, difficulty, redundancies, people struggling, nobody having any money.

This two minute experience in how easy and effective EmoTrance deals with disturbances in the energy body was developed as an introduction exercise to give people who have no experience of energy work "a taste of EmoTrance".
In just two minutes, it manages to teach some of the main principles of EmoTrance - as well as giving a very relaxing and HEALTHY experience, that with just a little practice, can become a real LIFE SKILL anyone can use right there and then, when it is needed.

So this is not going to be about preparing your speech, about knowing your subject, about the order and sequence of what you intend to say. That you can probably work out by yourself.
This is all about your energy and how to engage & delight your audience on this level.
Forgiveness is one of the very few word descriptions we have for a movement in the energy system that causes a dramatic change.
Even in folklore, we can hazard a guess what might happen if one was to do forgiveness right.
The heart would feel lighter; a burden would have been lifted away; there would be more clarity in thought, an expansion of horizons, and a sense that instead of re-living the past, you were stepping out into an unknown but potentially amazing future.
So far we have learned and understood that energy needs to flow and everyone needs energy nutrition. We have learned about shields and barriers, how they disconnect us , the energetic deficiencies arising as a consequence, and the potential for reconnection healing and deep transformation when we safely release these shields. In this session we are going to explore this concept in greater depth, and take it to a level perhaps not reached before for most of us. But first I want to share with you a few more principles about energy dynamics in relationships.
What Could You Do If God Was On Your Side?
Are you surprised by the title? Perhaps you are not surprised since Emotrance has to do with the health and well-being of our Energy or Spirit body. Emotrance is the perfect tool to lead us to a greater awareness of our Creative Template, and to the Creative Source. For some people religion is their first introduction to the idea of a Creator or a Creative Source. For many others there may be no such introduction. We are all aware of being in a body and of this mysterious energy or life force that keeps us in being. For this reason it is easier to think about spirituality.
The movements that happen during an EmoTrance session is encouraged and expanded on, and becomes the dance that leads you on a journey that increases the energy flow in your body and changes your emotions for the better. You can do Energy Dance with music or without, at home or in a hotel room, on the beach or under the stars, in five minutes or for five hours. Wherever and however you do it, it‘s a great way to de-stress and re-energise in a very enjoyable way.
